Bhookh Stop is a home kitchen run by Arti ji, delivering pure-veg, home-style food inside Amrapali Golf Homes. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Bhookh Stop app or website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep the data small.

1. What we collect

Mobile number — to log you in with an OTP and to call you about your order.
Name — so the kitchen and the delivery person know who the order is for.
Delivery address — flat, tower, area, landmark, city and pincode, so we can deliver.
Orders — what you ordered, when, the amount, the payment method and the order's status history.
Device push token — so the app can tell you when your order is accepted, being prepared, on its way and delivered.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or anything from other apps. We do not show ads and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

2. How we use it

To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you if something about it needs a word.
To show you your order history and let you track an order in progress.
To take payment when you choose to pay online.

We never sell or rent your information, and we never use it for marketing by third parties.

3. Who else sees it

Google (Google LLC) — Firebase verifies your mobile number by OTP and delivers push notifications, and receives your mobile number and a device token; Google Fonts serves the website's typefaces. Like any web service, Google receives your IP address and browser/device details (user agent) when these load.
Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.) — processes online payments. Your card or UPI details are entered on Razorpay's own screens and never reach our servers; Razorpay receives your IP address and browser/device details along with the payment. We receive only a payment reference and the amount.
Our delivery person — sees your name, address and phone number for the order they are delivering.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. There is no one else.

4. Where it lives and for how long

Your account and orders are stored on our own server in a secure data centre, over HTTPS only. Order records are kept as long as the kitchen keeps its books, because they are also our sales records. Your account stays until you delete it.

5. Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → "Account delete karein". Your name, mobile number and login are erased immediately and your saved addresses are removed. Past orders are kept as anonymous sales records (no name, no number). You can also ask us at bhookhstop.com/delete-account.

6. Children

The App is for adults ordering food for their household. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
